Specifically relationship values around:

  • emotional availability

  • steadiness

  • curiosity

Then ask AI:

Act as my Relationship Identity Coach.

I want to embody the following values in my romantic relationship:
1. [Value 1 – e.g., emotional availability]
2. [Value 2 – e.g., steadiness]
3. [Value 3 – e.g., curiosity]
4. [Optional]
5. [Optional]

For each value:

1. Define what this value looks like in observable behaviour (not personality traits).
2. Identify the opposite behaviour I may unconsciously default to under stress.
3. Give me one micro-behaviour I can practise today (takes under 10 minutes).
4. Give me one ā€œstress testā€ scenario where this value will be hardest to embody.
5. Provide one sentence I can use in real conversation that reflects this value.

Do not give abstract advice.
Do not analyse my partner.
Focus only on what I can rehearse today.
